Tom and Jerry season 1 episode 10 is called The Lonesome Mouse. In this episode, Jerry has to make do without his usual companionship from Nibbles, so he's feeling pretty lonesome. But when he sees a photo of a female mouse, he quickly decides to try and find her.
Meanwhile, Tom is up to his usual shenanigans, trying to catch Jerry and failing repeatedly. When he sees Jerry mooning over the photo of the female mouse, however, he gets a sly idea: he'll dress up as a lady mouse himself and try to trick Jerry into falling for him.
Tom puts on a pink dress, a blonde wig, and some high heels, and struts his stuff in front of Jerry. Jerry is initially suspicious, but Tom does a pretty convincing job, batting his eyelashes and speaking in a high-pitched voice. Jerry is soon smitten, but Tom's plan starts to unravel when he can't quite keep up the charade.
The episode is full of the usual slapstick humor and witty banter that Tom and Jerry fans have come to expect. There are plenty of moments where Tom narrowly misses catching Jerry, as well as gags involving fake mice, exploding cheese, and sharp claws.
Ultimately, Jerry realizes that "she" is not who "she" seems to be, but Tom is not fooled so easily. In a surprising twist, Tom reveals that he is actually a male mouse and that he was just trying to trick Jerry all along.
The Lonesome Mouse is one of the classic episodes of the Tom and Jerry series, and it showcases the characters' unique personalities and quirks in a fun and engaging way. Whether you're a longtime fan of the series or a newcomer looking for some lighthearted entertainment, this episode is sure to deliver plenty of laughs and excitement.
