Ep 10. He Smelled the Ham, He Got Excited

Alan (played by Jon Cryer) is excited to have Judith (played by Marin Hinkle), his ex-wife, and her new fiancé Herb (played by Ryan Stiles) over for dinner. However, things quickly take a turn for the worse when Charlie (played by Charlie Sheen) accidentally sets their kitchen on fire while trying to cook a ham.

As the group tries to put out the fire, tensions run high as Judith, Herb, and Alan argue over who is responsible for the disaster. Meanwhile, Charlie is more concerned with salvaging the ham and refuses to leave the burning kitchen.
