When a killer from C.D.'s past comes back to haunt him, he takes it personally. The man is a serial killer who hangs young women. It's the one case that C.D. never solved. Now the perpetrator is back and taunting C.D. along with it. He won't sleep and he has an attitude he hasn't had in the eleven years since the killer disappeared.
