When C.D. and Alex are kidnapped with a bus full of young children on the way home from a "Kids in Government" day, Trivette and Walker must rush to find them before deadly storm weather moves into the Dallas area. This situation is complicated when Walker can't figure out how the kidnappers planned the job so well and he must follow a trail of leads to save the children and his friends.
