A vicious memory from Walker's past is resurrected when a high powered racketeer is released early from prison. Seeking revenge on Walker for putting him there, he goes after the people close to Walker. But revenge is motive for both as Walker looks put him back behind bars to avenge the murder of a woman whom he was once engaged to.
