Way Too Early is a morning news program that airs on MSNBC as one of the very first shows on the network's weekday morning lineup. This 30 minute show has a number of regular segments. The Three Questions segment open each show with 3 short videos of events in the news from the day before. Then open-ended questions are posed about these videos. Near the beginning of the show the segment called Why Are You Awake? invites viewers to text or email why they are up at such an early hour. Unusual or creative answers are read at the end of the show. In between there is the news, sports, and weather of the day.
