In this episode of WWE Raw, titled Episode #975, fans of the wrestling world were in for a treat as the roster was gearing up for the upcoming Pay-Per-View event, Royal Rumble.

The show kicked off with a fiery promo by the WWE Champion, Brock Lesnar, who was accompanied by his advocate, Paul Heyman. Lesnar put on a menacing display of strength and aggression as he spoke about his upcoming match with the challenger, Drew McIntyre, at the Royal Rumble.

Next up was a tag team match between The Viking Raiders and The OC (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson). The match was an intense back-and-forth affair, with both teams putting on a great show for the fans. However, it was The Viking Raiders who emerged victorious after hitting their signature finisher, the Viking Experience, on Anderson.

The next segment saw the return of a fan-favorite superstar, Edge, who had been out of action for over eight years due to a career-ending injury. Edge had announced earlier in the week that he would be making an appearance on RAW and the fans were ecstatic to see him back in the ring. Edge cut a heartfelt promo where he thanked the fans for their support over the years and hinted at a possible return to the ring.

The next match was a women's match between Asuka and Natalya. Asuka had been on a winning spree of late and was looking to continue her impressive run. Natalya, on the other hand, was looking to pick up a victory and put herself in line for a title shot. The match was hard-fought, with both women showcasing their skills in the ring. In the end, it was Asuka who emerged victorious, hitting her submission finisher, the Asuka Lock, on Natalya.

In the next segment, we saw the return of the legendary tag-team, The Dudley Boyz. The Dudley Boyz made their way to the ring to address the WWE Universe and talk about their upcoming induction into the Hall of Fame. The fans were on their feet for the duo, who had been a part of some of the most iconic WWE moments over the years.

After the break, we saw a backstage segment with the RAW Women's Champion, Becky Lynch, who was interrupted by her challenger for the Royal Rumble, Sasha Banks. Banks and Lynch had been involved in a heated rivalry over the past few months and it looked like things were about to get even more intense. Banks warned Lynch that she would be taking her title at the Royal Rumble and Lynch fired back with some harsh words of her own.

The next match was a singles match between Andrade and Rey Mysterio. This match had been building up over the past few weeks, with both men looking to gain momentum ahead of the Royal Rumble. The match was a classic encounter, with both men putting on a clinic in the ring. In the end, it was Andrade who emerged victorious, hitting his Hammerlock DDT finisher on Mysterio.

The final segment of the night saw the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Chris Jericho, make his way to the ring. Jericho had been on a hot streak of late and was looking to continue his dominance over the rest of the roster. However, he was rudely interrupted by the Royal Rumble challenger, John Cena. Cena made his way to the ring and challenged Jericho to a match for the title at the Royal Rumble. Jericho initially balked at the challenge, but eventually accepted, setting the stage for what promises to be a classic encounter at the Pay-Per-View event.

Overall, Episode #975 of WWE Raw was a great show that did well in building up the upcoming Royal Rumble event. The return of Edge and The Dudley Boyz was a treat for fans, while the matches on the night were all entertaining affairs. With the Royal Rumble just around the corner, fans are eagerly anticipating the next episode of WWE Raw to see what surprises the roster has in store.
