There, he meets a young girl named Luna, who is also searching for the Stardust Dragon to help her brother Leo, who has been kidnapped by the Black Rose.

After a heartfelt conversation, Yusei agrees to team up with Luna and helps her rescue Leo from a group of Enforcers. In the process, Yusei learns that the Black Rose is actually a wealthy businessman named Rex Goodwin, who is using the Enforcers to search for the legendary Signers, a group of five duelist who possess the power to summon the ancient dragons and save the city from destruction.

Yusei realizes that he is one of the Signers and sets his sights on defeating Goodwin and his minions, using his motorcycle skills and his powerful deck of cards to win Turbo Duels and uncover the truth about the Black Rose and the mysterious forces that threaten New Domino City.
