As the holiday season sets in, the gang at West Beverly Hills High is gearing up for a festive time. But things quickly take an unexpected turn when Annie receives an eerie message from someone claiming to be her dead brother, Dixon. As the shocking revelation sends waves through the group, they also find themselves struggling with their own personal issues.

Naomi is struggling to find the perfect Christmas gift for her boyfriend, Max, and enlists the help of Ivy.
