In the sixth episode of season three of American Chopper, the team is tasked with creating a bike for Gillette, the shaving company. This is not the first time that the company has approached the team - in fact, they have a longstanding relationship with Orange County Choppers (OCC). However, this project is particularly special, as it commemorates the 100th anniversary of Gillette's famous safety razor.

The team at OCC has a lot to live up to. Their previous Gillette bike, which they built in season one, was a major hit. In fact, it was so successful that it was displayed at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, D.C. The Gillette team is hopeful that OCC can deliver once again, and Paul Sr. and his crew are determined not to disappoint.

The team starts brainstorming ideas for the bike, with Paul Sr. taking the lead. He decides that the bike should be designed to look like a giant razor blade, with sleek, sharp lines. The main challenge will be creating the razor handle - it needs to be functional and ergonomic, while also looking cool and unique.

Meanwhile, Mikey has a run-in with a miniature donkey, which becomes a running gag throughout the episode. He also takes on the task of designing a custom gas cap for the bike, which he is excited about. However, things start to go wrong when he realizes that he doesn't actually know how to create a 3D model of his design. He asks for help from senior designer Jason, but the two can't seem to get on the same page.

Back in the shop, Paul Sr. is getting increasingly frustrated with the progress of the bike. He feels like the team is moving too slowly, and he's not happy with some of the design choices that are being made. He also has to deal with the fact that his home life is becoming more complicated. His son, Paul Jr., is having major issues with his girlfriend, and is becoming increasingly distant from his father.

As the deadline for the bike approaches, tensions mount in the shop. Paul Sr. is under a lot of stress, and is taking it out on his team. He also has to deal with unexpected setbacks, like the fact that some of the metal pieces that were ordered for the bike are delayed in shipping.

Despite all of this, the team manages to pull together and get the bike finished in time. When the Gillette representatives come to see the final product, they are blown away. The bike is sleek and futuristic-looking, with chrome accents and a bold Gillette logo on the gas tank. The razor handle is functional and practical, while also being a major design statement. The team is proud of what they have accomplished, and the Gillette representatives are thrilled with the end result.

Overall, this episode of American Chopper showcases the highs and lows of working on a major custom bike project. The pressure is on for the OCC team to deliver something truly special for Gillette, and they rise to the challenge. Along the way, they have to deal with various obstacles, including personal issues and unexpected setbacks. However, they manage to come together and create a bike that is both functional and visually stunning. Fans of the show will appreciate the drama and excitement that this episode offers.
