In Duty To Inform, the lives of the army wives continue to be filled with challenges and difficulties. The episode primarily follows Claudia Joy, who sets out to clear the name of her old friend, Charlotte Meade, who has recently been accused of murder.

Charlotte has always been very independent and impulsive, so when she called Claudia Joy in a panic, claiming that she had been framed for the murder of her husband, Claudia Joy didn't know what to make of it. But she knows that it isn't in Charlotte's nature to commit such a heinous crime. Claudia Joy is determined to help her friend and turn over every stone until she finds the truth.

Meanwhile, Denise is dealing with some serious issues at home. She has grown increasingly concerned about her son Jeremy's sudden changes in behavior. Jeremy, who has been on medication for attention deficit disorder, has recently stopped taking his medication without telling anyone. Denise realizes that it is affecting his behavior, especially when he starts to lash out and become violent.

Meanwhile, Joan is worried about her husband's well-being since his return from Iraq. He seems distant and non-communicative. When Joan tries to bring up his deployment, he shuts down completely. It's taking a toll on their marriage, and Joan is at her wit's end trying to get through to him.

Roxy is dealing with her own struggles. She is still trying to balance her life as a new mom, a small business owner, and a military spouse. Picking up the slack for Trevor, who has been deployed in Iraq, is tough enough, but when her estranged mother shows up in town, making special demands, Roxy's world starts to spin out of control.

The episode touches upon the various challenges that the army wives face as a result of their husband's deployment. It also highlights the deep bonds of friendship between the women, as they come together to support each other through difficult times.

Duty To Inform is a poignant and emotional episode that deals with a range of issues, from murder to mental health. Through the trials and tribulations of Claudia Joy, Denise, Joan, and Roxy, the episode depicts the incredible resilience and strength of the women who support the soldiers in the army.
