Chasing a tough guy over several days puts a strain on the team. The crew must tirelessly search under every rock in Waikiki's seedy underbelly, looking for some sign of their tattooed repeat offender, or lose the $20,000 bail. Dog and the boys finally get their man, and celebrate with a birthday party for Tim, complete with juggler.
