14 Chefs Compete is the fifth episode of the fourteenth season of Hell's Kitchen. This episode features the remaining 14 chefs who have already passed through the initial stage of the competition and are now ready for the next challenge.

The episode starts with the contestants entering the kitchen and finding that the ingredients that they have to work with have been labeled with their own names. It becomes clear that they will be cooking for each other. In the end, two chefs are up for elimination and must present their dishes to Chef Ramsay. As always, Chef Ramsay has some harsh words for both of them, but only one of them will be leaving the competition.
