Flush with Power is the 22nd episode of the fourth season of King Of The Hill. The episode begins with Hank, Dale, Bill, and Boomhauer playing poker in the garage. Hank decides to go inside the house to use the bathroom and discovers that the toilet is broken. As a big fan of toilets, Hank takes it upon himself to fix the broken commode and feels an immense sense of accomplishment upon successfully fixing it.

Hank's success doesn't go unnoticed as he begins to receive requests from his friends and neighbors to fix their own toilets. Hank becomes known as the "toilet king" and his services are highly sought after. He even receives a call from the city to fix a broken toilet in City Hall.

As Hank's reputation grows, so does his ego. He begins to neglect his responsibilities at Strickland Propane and even starts to dream of opening up his own toilet repair business. His wife Peggy tries to reign him in and remind him of his duties, but Hank is too far gone.

Meanwhile, Bobby is dealing with his own problems at school. He accidentally drops his lunch tray in the cafeteria and becomes known as the "lunch dropper." His embarrassing nickname follows him around and he becomes the laughing stock of the school.

Bobby turns to his father for advice and Hank suggests that Bobby should face his fears by intentionally dropping his tray again. Bobby takes his father's advice and drops his tray on purpose, but the plan backfires when the other kids continue to laugh at him.

Back at City Hall, Hank is eagerly fixing the broken toilet when he accidentally locks himself inside the stall. He becomes trapped for hours and begins to hallucinate about being the king of a toilet kingdom. Peggy and the rest of the Hill family eventually find him and free him from his confinement.

Hank realizes the error of his ways and goes back to his old job at Strickland Propane. He also decides to help Bobby by encouraging him to stand up to his bullies and face his fears head-on. Bobby takes his father's advice and stands up for himself, finally overcoming his embarrassment and becoming a stronger person.

Flush with Power is a humorous episode that highlights the importance of humility and responsibility. Hank's obsession with toilets may be silly, but it reflects the way that people can become wrapped up in their own passions and forget about the other aspects of their lives. The episode also touches on the issue of bullying and encourages people to face their fears and stand up for themselves. Overall, Flush with Power is a fun and entertaining episode that offers a positive message about personal growth and strength.
