Nick Carter, member of the popular boy band Backstreet Boys, wants his own unique aquarium and he turns to Wayde and Brett to make it happen. In this episode of Tanked, the duo gets a few ideas from Nick himself. Nick's biggest desire is to have a tank that showcases his love for music and pop culture. Wayde and Brett take inspiration from Nick's favorite musicians and incorporate them into the aquarium.

The excitement starts when the team arrives at Nick's estate in Los Angeles. They come to the realization that this tank is not going to be easy. The location Nick has chosen is in a very tight space in his backyard where it looks like it will be hard to bring in the necessary equipment. Wayde and Brett quickly get to work sizing up the space they have to work with.

Nick shows the duo his current aquarium and then outlines what he wants for the new one. He wants something that is bigger, better, and blends in with the rest of his house that has beautiful white marble floors. Wayde and Brett tell Nick that they want his new tank to showcase his most treasured things. Nick is pleasantly surprised when he finds out that they want to design a tank inspired by him and incorporate pop culture icons like Prince, the Beatles, and Elvis Presley. Nick is most excited about the possibility of having a guitar-shaped tank as he is an avid collector of guitars.

As the day progresses, the team bumps into a new problem, the tank's depth. As it turns out, the original plan for the tank cannot match the design Nick wants. The team realizes that they have to dig deeper into the ground to increase the tank's depth. However, due to the limitations on the location, they will have to dig a hole beneath Nick's basketball court to achieve the desired depth. Nick agrees to the plan, and the team begins the delicate process of digging.

Once the hole is dug, the team works on the interior of the garage that houses the tank. They have a lot of work ahead of them, especially with the tank filters which would be situated at the other side of the basketball court. The duo plans a unique filtration system that is high in capacity and is capable of filtering out any dirt that may curtail the tank's stability.

Meanwhile, Before the aquarium team can start the final build, they have a huge surprise for Nick. A stunning portrait of Nick made entirely from jellyfish. Nick is mesmerized by the unique artwork, which is something he has never seen in his life. Afterward, they call in a special effects artist to create an Elvis statue that will fit into the aquarium's theme. The model is to be life-size but with some extra tweaks to make it blend in seamlessly.

Finally, the big day for the tank's installation arrives. Nick watches in awe as the team puts the finishing touches on his prized possession. The aquarium looks beautiful, and Nick is emotional when he sees his guitar-shaped aquarium in person. The tank features Elvis's face made out of coral and a guitar-shaped water feature. Nick is thrilled with the end result is very pleased with the outcome.

In conclusion, the episode is an adventurous, exciting, and an unmissable one for lovers of fish tanks. The team gets creative in every way possible to conjure up an aquarium that is unmatched and unique. The episode showcases the challenges encountered by the team and how they were able to overcome them to deliver a world-class fish tank like no other. It's safe to say that Nick Carter got the "tank that way" he wanted, and it's only a matter of time before other celebrities knock on Wayde and Brett's door for their own custom aquarium.
