Bryan and David are a successful couple living in Los Angeles. Bryan is a trendy and creative executive for a major television network and David is a well-respected gynecologist. They have it all - except a baby. After years of trying to conceive, the couple turns to a surrogate mother, Goldie, who is a single mother and waitress trying to make ends meet.
