Ep 3. Watch You Like a Hawk

In the third episode of 90 Day Fiance's second season, titled "Watch You Like a Hawk," we get an update on the five couples who are currently navigating the K-1 visa process.

First up, we have Yamir and Chelsea. Yamir has arrived in America and is staying with Chelsea's family, but he's already feeling a bit overwhelmed by the cultural differences and the fact that he doesn't have any friends or family of his own nearby. However, Mohamed's behavior is starting to raise some red flags for Danielle. She's worried that he's not as committed to the relationship as she is, and she's feeling a bit neglected. Mohamed, meanwhile, is feeling suffocated by Danielle's constant attention and her insistence on introducing him to everyone in her life.

Next, we head to the Pacific Northwest to check in on Amy and Danny. Amy is feeling out of her element in rural Washington and struggling to connect with Danny's family and friends. She's also worried that Danny's conservative religious upbringing might clash with her more liberal views. Danny, meanwhile, is excited to show Amy around and share his passions (like fishing and hunting) with her. He's also starting to feel the pressure of supporting himself and his new wife after quitting his job to focus on the visa process.

In Illinois, we catch up with Justin and Evelin. Justin is feeling homesick and missing his life in Chicago, while Evelin is feeling frustrated by Justin's lack of enthusiasm for their new life together. Justin's family is also starting to express some doubts and concerns about Evelin and whether she's only interested in Justin for his money. Evelin, meanwhile, is eager to start making friends and building a life in America.

Finally, we head to California to check in on Brett and Daya. Brett's family is throwing a welcome party for Daya, but tensions quickly arise when Daya expresses some concerns about Brett's ex-girlfriend, who is still very much a part of his life. Daya is also struggling to adjust to life in a new country, and Brett's family is struggling to understand her culture and her personality. As the party wears on, it becomes clear that there are some major challenges ahead for this couple.

Overall, "Watch You Like a Hawk" offers a glimpse into the early days of these five relationships and the various challenges that the couples are facing as they navigate the K-1 visa process. From cultural clashes to financial pressures to simple homesickness, it's clear that everything is still up in the air for these couples. Will they be able to overcome their differences and make it down the aisle? Only time will tell.
