After the explosive events of the previous episode, Arrow season 2 episode 12, "Tremors," picks up a few weeks later amidst the aftermath of the earthquake that devastated Starling City. Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) - aka the hooded vigilante known as the Arrow - is back in action, patrolling the streets and trying to halt the rise of the new villain, crime boss Brother Blood (Kevin Alejandro).
Meanwhile, Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) is still struggling with the effects of the mysterious drug Mirakuru that he was injected with, which has given him superhuman strength and agility at the cost of his sanity. Oliver is determined to help his friend before it's too late, but Roy's behavior becomes increasingly erratic and violent.
As the Arrow investigates a break-in at a laboratory that was studying the Mirakuru serum, he is confronted by a new foe - a masked man who wields a powerful sonic weapon. This adversary, identified only as the "Electrocutioner," is systematically targeting members of the city's police force, and the Arrow must race to stop him before more innocent lives are lost.
Complicating matters is the return of Amanda Waller (Cynthia Addai-Robinson), the enigmatic leader of the rogue government agency known as A.R.G.U.S. Waller has a personal interest in the case, and her actions put her at odds with both Oliver and his ally, tech genius Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards).
"Tremors" is a fast-paced and action-packed installment of Arrow, featuring intense fight scenes and surprising twists. The episode also delves deeper into the characters' relationships and emotional struggles, as Oliver and Roy grapple with their respective demons and Felicity tries to navigate her growing feelings for Oliver.
Overall, "Tremors" is a satisfying and entertaining hour of television that will leave fans eager to see what happens next in the ongoing saga of the Arrow and his allies.
