Ep 13. Canaries

In Arrow season 3 episode 13 "Canaries," Team Arrow is dealing with the aftermath of Sara Lance's death. Laurel Lance is particularly struggling and has taken it upon herself to bring Sara's killer to justice. As Diggle and Oliver try to convince Laurel to let them handle it, the Black Canary, a new vigilante dressed in Sara's old gear, appears on the scene and complicates things further.

Meanwhile, Thea Queen is still dealing with the revelation that Malcolm Merlyn is her biological father. She's angry and hurt, and doesn't know how to deal with the fact that her mother lied to her for so many years. She turns to Roy for comfort, but he's still dealing with feelings of guilt for killing a police officer while under the influence of Mirakuru.

As the Black Canary starts to cause trouble all over the city, Team Arrow realizes that they need to find out who she is and why she's doing what she's doing. They suspect that she may have some connection to Sara's murder, and they're determined to find out what that connection is. Laurel, meanwhile, is still insisting on seeking vengeance for her sister's death and starts to work with the Black Canary, despite the fact that she knows very little about her.

As the investigation heats up, Oliver starts to notice that the Black Canary is exhibiting behavior that reminds him of Sara. He becomes convinced that the Black Canary must be someone Sara trained, and decides to use this information to try and bring her in. Meanwhile, Ra's al Ghul reaches out to Nyssa with an offer she can't refuse.

Overall, Arrow season 3 episode 13 "Canaries" is an intense and action-packed episode that sees Team Arrow dealing with the aftermath of Sara's death and the introduction of a new vigilante on the scene. The episode is full of twists and turns and keeps the audience on the edge of their seats throughout.
