Ep 10. Who Are You?

Oliver Queen, the Green Arrow, is feeling hopeful as he tries to bring his city, Star City, back to its former glory. He is aided by a new team of vigilantes who are determined to help him fight crime. However, trouble arises when Laurel Lance, the Black Canary, who was presumed dead, suddenly appears. Laurel's resurrection leaves Oliver, his team, and his friends shocked and confused. Oliver is determined to find out what is going on and seeks information from Laurel's father, Quentin Lance. Quentin is equally surprised and taken aback by the sudden return of his daughter, whom he watched die.

Meanwhile, Felicity is dealing with the aftermath of her breakup with Billy. She is still having a hard time coping with the end of their relationship, and it's affecting the way she carries out her duties as Overwatch. Her frustrations come to a boil when Laurel suddenly reappears, setting off a chain of events that nobody could have anticipated.
