Ep 19. Dangerous Liaisons

Oliver and his team are back in action, but they may have bitten off more than they can chew when they encounter a new enemy who seems to be one step ahead of them at every turn. As they struggle to keep their heads above water, they must also navigate the tricky waters of trust and betrayal as old friends become new enemies and vice versa.
