Ep 17. Inheritance

Oliver Queen, also known as Green Arrow attempts to come out of the struggles he faced in prison at Slabside, however, the challenges keep increasing. Despite the havoc caused by the Longbow Hunters and Diaz, Oliver is back in Star City as an Arrow, where his mission is to protect the people of the city. However, the recent issue plaguing the city is the A.R.G.U.S team, who arrive in Star City to retrieve possession of a deadly weapon, the Deathstroke Killer from Felicity Smoak. The Deathstroke Killer is capable of holding up an entire city which is why Felicity refuses to hand it over to the A.R.G.U.S team. Despite her reluctance, Oliver and Diggle support Felicity and decide to keep the Deathstroke Killer safe, until they know that it won't be used for destruction.

Meanwhile, William is trying to find out more about his mother as he believes there is more to her story than what he knows so far. Dinah, who is helping William, warns him that his mother had a dangerous life and encourages him to move on. But William is determined and visits his grandparents hoping to find something valuable. It is in this episode that we will get to know more about William's mother and how her past affects her son.

With the A.R.G.U.S team coming after Felicity and the Deathstroke Killer, Oliver and Diggle prepare to face off against them. But their efforts are constantly hampered by the team's expertise. Laurel is determined to find her and bring her back to the right side. Being a former villain herself, Laurel believes she can help Black Siren transform. She is committed to bringing a change to their Earth.
