Ep 2. Francine's Split Decision / Muffy Goes Metropolitan

In the second episode of season 7 of Arthur, titled "Francine's Split Decision / Muffy Goes Metropolitan," the gang is back with two brand new adventures!

In the first adventure, Francine faces a tough decision when her parents announce they're getting a divorce. Francine is torn between wanting to support both of her parents and feeling upset about the family changing. She decides to vent her emotions and speak out about her feelings by creating a comic strip. Her strip portrays her parents as superheroes, using their powers to work out their differences and stay together. But when Francine's comic strip gets published in the local newspaper, she learns that it's sometimes best to keep personal matters private.

Meanwhile, in the second adventure, Muffy has her sights set on becoming a true metropolitan girl. She wants to experience all the fun things that the city has to offer, from Broadway shows to high-end shopping! But when she arrives in the city, she quickly realizes that things aren't as glamorous as they seem. Muffy soon learns that being true to yourself and your own interests is more important than trying to be someone you're not.

Both of these adventures tackle important issues that kids face in today's world. From divorce to peer pressure, the gang of Arthur tackles them all with humor, heart, and understanding.
