Vienna is given the news by Henry that the club is now theirs. Lily is shocked when Holden tells her that he has been sleeping with Carly. Janet asks Jack what else could Liberty and Parker be doing besides homework. Vienna isn't happy about owning the club and wants Henry to sell his share back to Carly. Carly is surprised when Holden tells her that he has admitted the truth to Lily. When Lily sees Carly out she drives her car right towards her.
