Riddler's Reform is the third episode of the third season of Batman: The Animated Series. In this episode, the villainous Riddler, also known as Edward Nygma, finds himself at a crossroads. He has grown tired of constantly being beaten by Batman and decides to turn over a new leaf. Riddler approaches Bruce Wayne, hoping to strike a deal that will allow him to go straight and become a legitimate businessman.

In exchange for his freedom, Riddler offers to use his genius-level intellect to help Bruce Wayne's business ventures. Bruce is skeptical, but Commissioner Gordon tells him that Riddler has been keeping his nose clean since his last arrest and his offer may not be as far-fetched as it seems. Batman keeps a watchful eye on Riddler, but he appears to be genuinely interested in making a new start.

Riddler begins working for Bruce Wayne and proves to be an asset to the company. He uses his intellect to solve problems that no one else can, and his business dealings are all above board. However, when a series of thefts begin occurring around Gotham City, Batman suspects that Riddler may be involved. Riddler insists that he is innocent, and helps Batman find the true culprit, The Penguin.

After the thefts are stopped and Penguin is arrested, Riddler is hailed as a hero. He receives accolades from the city and is even offered a position at Wayne Enterprises. However, when Riddler discovers that Bruce Wayne has been manipulating him to keep him in line, he becomes enraged. Riddler returns to his life of crime and challenges Batman to a final showdown.

The episode culminates in an intense battle between Batman and Riddler, which ends with Riddler being taken back to prison. While it appears that Riddler is still unable to shake off his criminal ways, the episode ends on a note of ambiguity. It is unclear whether Riddler has truly reformed, and whether he will continue to be a recurring villain in future episodes.

Overall, Riddler's Reform is an engaging episode that explores the grey area between good and evil. It offers a complex portrayal of a villain who is not entirely one-dimensional, and portrays Batman as a hero who is willing to give others a chance at redemption. The episode also features excellent animation and voice acting, as well as a twist ending that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
