BBQ Crawl Season 2 Episode 6 Oklahoma Sauce, Smokers and Cherokee Strip Cookoff

In BBQ Crawl season 2 episode 6, viewers are taken on a journey through the state of Oklahoma to learn about the unique flavors and cooking techniques of local barbeque. Host Diva Q visits a variety of different BBQ joints, each with their own signature style and sauce.

She speaks with some of the pitmasters as they share tips and tricks for creating the perfect meat. In addition to traditional barbeque, she sees some unique dishes, such as BBQ spaghetti and grilled oysters.

The final stop on the tour is at Smokin' Joe's Rib Ranch in Davis. Diva Q meets owner Joe Don Davidson, who has been competing in BBQ competitions since he was a teenager. Joe Don walks Diva Q through the process of making his award-winning ribs, which are smoked for six hours and glazed with a sweet and spicy sauce. She also tries their popular bologna, which is smoked to perfection and topped with their signature sauce.
