Finally, John travels to Portland, Oregon, where he visits the 'Urban Farmer' restaurant that is known for its farm-to-table approach. John meets up with the head chef, Matt Christiano, who shows him how they source their beef from local farmers and ranchers. Matt prepares the restaurant's signature dish, the 'Bistecca alla Fiorentina,' a Tuscan-style steak served with charred lemon and rosemary. John can barely contain his excitement as he takes the first bite, and he is surprised by the tenderness and juiciness of the beef.

Throughout the episode, John also meets up with various food enthusiasts, chefs, butchers, and the steak lovers who share their personal experiences and tips on how to cook and grill the perfect steak.
