Zimmern samples a few fruits he's never heard of before, like jackfruit and custard apple, as well as some street food staples like jerk chicken and escovitch fish.

From there, Zimmern travels across the island to discover some of the more unique culinary offerings Jamaica has to offer. He then watches as the goat meat is cooked in a traditional Jamaican way, over a wood fire and seasoned with pimento wood, garlic, and thyme. He hails it as the best goat he's ever tasted.

In the last part of the episode, Zimmern travels to the Blue Mountains, one of the most picturesque regions in Jamaica. Here, he meets with a family who runs a coffee farm that's been in their family for generations. After a tour of the farm, Zimmern samples some of the world's best coffee before heading back to Kingston.
