Ep 7. Fight or Flight

Billy and Cody get into a car accident while en route to meet Hap. As they stagger back to town, Cody realizes that she might not have what it takes to survive in the Bakken and it could be time for her to leave. Meanwhile, Hap nearly loses control of the Briggs oil and Gas and must use desperate measures to take out the competition and keep his company afloat. Lastly, as the election for mayor heats up, small-town lawyer and counsel for Briggs Oil, Wick, puts his political aspirations on the line when he decides to endorse his father's nemesis.
