In this episode, Reagan family patriarch Frank (Tom Selleck) faces a difficult decision when his long-time friend, Judge Wilson (Richard Burgi), is accused of judicial misconduct. When Wilson fails to recuse himself from a case involving an old enemy, Frank finds himself in a tricky situation as he balances his loyalty to his friend with his duty as Commissioner of the NYPD.
