Ep 3. Vagina Bomb!

They perform a series of tests to assess the extent of the damage and determine that Karla will need surgery to remove the balls. However, the surgery is complex and risky, as the doctors must navigate around vital internal organs in order to avoid causing further damage. In the end, the surgery is successful and Karla is relieved to be free of the metal balls.

As the episode comes to a close, Dubrow and Nassif meet with a third patient, a woman named Jessica who is seeking help for her asymmetrical breasts. Jessica explains that she had breast implants inserted several years ago, but one implant has since ruptured and caused her breast to sag. Dubrow and Nassif determine that they will need to remove and replace both implants, as the other implant is also at risk of rupturing due to its age. The doctors perform the surgery and give Jessica new implants that are better suited to her body shape and size. Jessica is thrilled with her new, symmetrical breasts and feels more confident than ever before.
