Ep 6. Dolly'd Up

Dolly'd Up is the sixth episode of the second season of Botched, a reality TV show that follows plastic surgeons Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif as they correct unsuccessful cosmetic surgery procedures. The second patient is Sarah, a 32-year-old woman who had a surgery done over seven years ago. Sarah's former surgeon inserted oversize implants to give her a Barbie-like appearance, but the implants shifted to her sides making her breasts look like a sideways hourglass and her nipples were pushed to the side of her torso. This led Sarah to have incredibly low confidence and made her feel uncomfortable in social situations. Dr. Nassif performs the operation, which is complicated due to past procedures and scar tissue formation. Despite the significant challenges, Dr. Nassif manages to correct the deformity and restore Sarah's self-confidence.

The episode takes an insightful look at what it takes to repair unsuccessful surgeries and the unexpected roadblocks that plastic surgeons like Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif face daily.
