In the 15th episode of season 3 of Botched, titled "Most Outrageous Rejects," plastic surgeons Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif will tackle some of the most extreme cases they've ever seen. The episode will feature people who have undergone multiple botched surgeries and have been turned away by other doctors because their cases were deemed too complicated.

One of the cases featured in the episode is that of a woman named Alicia who had breast implants put in 10 years ago. After breastfeeding her child, her implants became infected and started leaking. She went to several doctors to have them fixed, but each time they would become infected again. When she finally found Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif, they discovered that the implants had been placed under her pectoral muscles instead of over them, causing them to constantly shift and become infected. The doctors had to completely remove the implants and perform a fat transfer to restore Alicia's breasts.

Another patient in the episode is a woman named Tatiana who went to a doctor in Mexico to have her nose fixed after it was broken in a car accident. However, the doctor ended up removing too much cartilage from her nose, causing it to collapse. Tatiana was then left with a large hole in her nose that she had to cover up with a prosthetic. Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif were able to reconstruct her nose using cartilage from her ears.

The episode also features a man named Brian who went to a local tattoo artist to have his eyebrows tattooed after losing his hair due to alopecia. However, the tattoo artist ended up tattooing the wrong color and shape, leaving Brian with unnaturally dark and thick eyebrows that were much too high on his forehead. Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif had to remove the tattoos and perform a hair transplant to create natural-looking eyebrows for Brian.

In addition to these cases, the episode also showcases other patients who have undergone extreme plastic surgeries, such as a woman with overly large breast implants that she wants to downsize, and a man who underwent a facelift with disastrous results.

Throughout the episode, Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif work tirelessly to help their patients achieve the results they desire. They use a combination of surgical techniques and innovative approaches to correct the mistakes made by previous doctors and restore their patients' confidence and self-esteem.

Overall, "Most Outrageous Rejects" is an emotional and inspiring episode that showcases the incredible transformations that can be achieved through skilled and compassionate plastic surgery.
