In Chopped season 4 episode 12, titled "Green Apps and Lamb," four chefs are tasked with creating four unique and delicious dishes using a selection of mystery ingredients. The first round requires the chefs to create an appetizer using lamb bacon, cucumbers, fiddlehead ferns, and green garlic. The chefs battle it out and one is ultimately eliminated.
