The next case Hayes takes on for the CIU is that of Leo Scarlata, a guy with diminished mental abilities, jailed for burning down his family's restaurant with deadly repercussions. Hayes figures out she may have taken on more than she had hoped, especially when a documentary team approved by Wallace starts following them.
