Ep 4. The Trip to Pirate's Cove

Ellie, Jules, and Laurie set off on a girls' trip in "The Trip to Pirate's Cove," the fourth episode of Cougar Town's fifth season. Desperate for some time away from their significant others, the ladies head to a beach house in the hopes of relaxing and letting loose.

However, things don't go as smoothly as planned. Ellie is still struggling with the fact that her husband Andy wants to start a business with Bobby, and she's not sure how to deal with it. Jules is worried about her son Travis, who has just moved out of the house and into his own apartment. And Laurie is feeling a bit lost after her breakup with Travis' father, Grayson.

As the trip goes on, the women find themselves getting into some hilarious and unexpected situations. They decide to throw a "hot tub party" and invite some of the local guys over, but things get out of hand when Ellie accidentally drinks some "crazy juice" that Laurie made. Jules, meanwhile, tries to bond with a group of beachgoers by engaging in a game of "pirate." And Laurie reconnects with an old flame, only to realize that he might not be the right guy for her after all.

Despite these challenges, the women grow closer and learn a few important lessons about themselves and their relationships. In the end, they return home feeling rejuvenated and ready to face whatever comes their way.
