Watch Couple or Trouble

This 2006 Sourth Korean drama is about a spoiled heiress from America goes back to her home in to South Korea to be a wife to her manipulative husband. She meets a charming handyman. After a fight with her husband she gets thrown off the bought and finds herself to have amnesia. She ends up next to the handyman at the hospital. He knows she has amnesia so uses this to get her to take care of his three nephews with no parents since he has no one else to care for them.
