John Smith, a town hero, discovers that he has the ability to fly, a power he never knew he had. The excitement quickly turns to fear as he soon discovers that he is not alone. It turns out that there are other residents of the town who have abilities that they didn't know about, and they too are struggling to control their newfound powers.
As chaos begins to reign, John finds himself thrust into the role of leader, trying to help these individuals control their powers and prevent any accidents from happening. But the task is easier said than done. Each person's power manifests differently, making it difficult to come up with a one-size-fits-all solution.
Meanwhile, the DC Super Hero Girls are called in to help with the situation.
