Marybeth's obsession with children led her to murder all of her own children, claiming they had died suddenly from natural causes. It wasn't until her eighth child died that investigators began to suspect foul play, and Marybeth was eventually charged with murder.

Throughout the episode, viewers learn about the different factors that drove these women to commit murder. Whether it was jealousy, anger, or an obsession with children, these three cases demonstrate that the end of a relationship can sometimes lead to deadly consequences.
