Ep 10. Hero, Princess, and a Ray of Hope

In episode 10 of Dog Days Season 1, entitled "Hero, Princess, and a Ray of Hope," the story follows the aftermath of the events from the last episode. Shinku and Rebecca explain to Millhiore and Leonmitchelli about the collapse of the Hero Clan and how Gaul's betrayal led to the disaster. Millhiore and Leonmitchelli realize that they must take the responsibility to bring peace between the nations of Biscotti and Gallete.

During their journey, they come across a character called Noir Vinocacao, who introduces herself as the princess of the Roman Empire. She claims that their nation is facing a crisis, and they need their help. As they reach their destination, they find out that the situation is worse than they expected. The Roman Empire is being attacked by a giant monster known as Voban.

The princess of Roman desires to protect her people, even if it means taking the risk of sending her entire army to fight Voban's forces. The other characters decide to offer their help. Eclair and Nanami volunteer to fight alongside Noir's soldiers, while Millhiore, Leonmitchelli, and Rebecca help to evacuate the civilians from the battle zone.

Throughout the episode, we see the characters desperate and worried as the enemy seems invincible. The battle begins, and we see all our characters giving the utmost to finally defeat Voban for good. During the fight, we also see the development of their feelings for each other. Shinku's and Millhiore's crush on each other grows stronger, and Noel has a moment of doubt as she sees Shinku's affection for Millhiore.

As the battle erupts at its peak, the characters start making progress towards defeating Voban. Nanami's dog, Taichi, transforms into his True Hero form and unleashes his full power in the battle, which raises the morale of the others. Eclair also plays a pivotal role in defeating Voban and saves Millhiore's life when she is in danger.

The episode ends with Voban's defeat, and the characters return back to their own countries. Millhiore and Leonmitchelli pledge to keep their nations united and make a better future for everyone. Noir expresses gratitude for their help and invites them to visit their nation again. We also see a hint of a possible romance between Eclair and Nanami.

All in all, "Hero, Princess, and a Ray of Hope" is an entertaining and emotional episode of Dog Days Season 1. The battle scenes and character interactions are well-choreographed, and the episode seamlessly sets up the plot for the next season.
