In season 3 episode 3 of Dog Whisperer titled Molly, Jane, & Genoa, renowned dog behaviorist Cesar Millan tackles three different cases of unruly dogs with their respective owners.

The first case involves a Jack Russell Terrier named Molly who's extremely anxious and constantly whining. Her owners, a couple, have tried everything to calm her down but to no avail. Cesar quickly diagnoses that Molly's behavior is a result of her owners being too lenient with her and not providing enough structure and discipline. He works with the couple to establish boundaries for Molly and teach them how to be firm and assertive. By the end of the session, Molly is a much calmer and happier dog.

The second case is with a Golden Retriever named Jane who's overly aggressive towards other dogs. Her owner, a woman, is a dog lover and has been taking Jane to dog parks regularly to socialize her. However, Jane's behavior has only gotten worse and she's now attacking other dogs. Cesar realizes that Jane is actually suffering from anxiety and is acting out of fear. He works with the owner to teach her how to read Jane's body language and provide her with a sense of security. By the end of the session, Jane is able to interact with other dogs without any aggression.

The final case involves a Great Dane named Genoa who's destructive and disobedient. Her owner, a man, is constantly battling with her destructive behavior and has even considered giving her away. Cesar uncovers that Genoa's behavior is a result of boredom and a lack of exercise. He works with the owner to create a daily exercise routine for Genoa and to challenge her mentally through obedience training. By the end of the session, Genoa is a much calmer and focused dog who's now a pleasure to have around.

Throughout the episode, Cesar not only helps these dogs overcome their individual issues, but he also teaches their owners important lessons on the roles they play in their dogs' behaviors. He emphasizes the importance of being a calm and assertive leader for their pets and to provide them with the structure and discipline they need to thrive. This episode showcases Cesar's expertise in working with a variety of dogs with different behaviors, and his ability to find practical and effective solutions to their problems.
