In season 5 episode 19 of Dog Whisperer, titled Mad Dogs, Cesar Millan takes on some of the most aggressive and dangerous dogs he has ever encountered. The episode focuses on three different cases, all involving dogs that have exhibited extreme aggression towards their owners and other animals.

The first case involves a dog named Max, a large and powerful American Bulldog who has attacked his owner on multiple occasions. Max's owner is fearful of her dog and has resorted to keeping him on a short leash in order to stay safe. Cesar quickly realizes that Max is suffering from both fear and anxiety, and he works with the dog to help him overcome these negative emotions. Cesar helps Max's owner learn how to establish herself as the pack leader in order to give Max the structure and guidance he needs to succeed.

The second case involves a pack of Belgian Malinois dogs who have been trained as guard dogs. These dogs have become so aggressive that their owner is unable to take them on walks or even have them around visitors in her home. Cesar works with the owner to help her understand the pack mentality of these dogs and how it has contributed to their aggressive behavior. He also helps her establish boundaries and rules for the dogs, and teaches her how to take control of them using calm and assertive energy.

The final case involves a dog named Romeo, a pit bull who has attacked other dogs and even killed a cat. Romeo's owner is at a loss as to how to handle him, and is considering putting him down. Cesar steps in and quickly identifies the root of Romeo's aggression – a lack of socialization and training. He works with the owner to establish trust and respect with Romeo, and helps the dog learn how to interact with other animals in a more positive way.

Throughout the episode, Cesar emphasizes the importance of understanding a dog's needs and natural instincts in order to properly address and correct behavioral issues. He also stresses the importance of proper exercise, discipline, and affection in creating a well-balanced and happy dog.
