Finally, James heads to Copenhagen, Denmark, where he explores the world of Nordic cuisine. He meets a chef who serves traditional Danish hot dogs with a twist. The sausages are made from organic meat and served with homemade ketchup, mustard, and pickles. James also tries the famous Danish smørrebrød, an open-faced sandwich made with rye bread and topped with a variety of meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
