Ep 37. Raise Your Hand

The humble town of Bellforest is in grave danger and it's up to Renton, Eureka and the Gekkostate to stop it from being destroyed. But first, they have to tackle an even more difficult task - winning the trust of the desperate population.

The episode titled "Raise Your Hand" begins with the Gekkostate landing in Bellforest, a small town on the brink of destruction. A massive Coralian, a massive otherworldly creature formed by scub coral, is heading towards the town and there is no way to stop it.

The population is on the verge of panic and they are in need of help. Renton, Eureka, and the rest of the Gekkostate quickly realize that their task will not be easy. The people of Bellforest are not quick to trust outsiders and it's hard to blame them. The government has failed to help them and the town is only left with rumors and false hope.

With the situation looking bleak, Renton and Eureka decide to take matters into their own hands. They head to a nearby power plant, which is the only place that can generate enough power to stop the Coralians. The plant is abandoned and it's covered by dangerous scub coral, making the mission all the more risky.

The Gekkostate are quick to show their skills and Renton and Eureka lead the charge. As they progress through the plant, they prove their worth by combating various threats and obstacles along the way, including the local military.

Meanwhile, back in Bellforest, the rest of the Gekkostate diligently try to win over the population. As they try to overcome the townspeople's mistrust, they also come across an old acquaintance, an ex-Gekkostate soldier named Hap. Hap is now a lieutenant in the army and initially seems hostile to the Gekkostate, but he quickly realizes that he and his comrades are no match for the Coralians.

As the battle rages on, Renton and Eureka manage to reach the power plant. They start to prepare to activate the system that might stop the Coralians. But it comes at a great cost - the process will drain both of their life forces.

While they are in the plant, the population of Bellforest comes to their aid. Renton, Eureka and the rest of the Gekkostate are surprised. The townspeople have put aside their fear and mistrust of outsiders and have decided to help defend their home. They come with hammers and pickaxes, determined to do whatever it takes to save their town.

However, their efforts are not enough, Renton and Eureka must make the ultimate sacrifice to save the town. The situation is heartbreaking and the Gekkostate can only watch as Renton and Eureka struggle to activate the system.

With everything on the line, they finally activate the system that creates a massive energy wave that could stop the Coralians for good. But at the end of it, Renton and Eureka are nowhere to be found, leaving the Gekkostate and the town of Bellforest devastated.

The episode concludes with the Gekkostate mournfully contemplating the loss of their beloved crew members. But Hap gives them a glimmer of hope, he reveals a plan to be able to get through to Renton and Eureka and hopefully bring them back to the world of the living.
