Hailey is a happy 5 year old girl who was born with dwarfism. Her parents are her advocates and President and Vice President of the New York chapter of Little People of America. They don't have room in their home for their meetings, and the house isn't safe for Hailey. They need a home where Hailey is able to do things for herself and grow up to be an independant adult.
