Ep 13. The Secret Garden

He discovers that Spane had been secretly bribed with an even rarer orchid to ensure that it won the flower show. When Spane realized that the orchid was missing, he threatened to expose the thief, leading to his murder.

In a dramatic conclusion, Father Brown confronts the killer and reveals the full extent of their motives and actions. And as the village comes to terms with the truth, Father Brown reflects on the darker side of human nature that can emerge even in the tranquil surroundings of a small village flower show.
