First Dates is a reality show that features real people looking for love. Each episode of the show follows a group of singles as they meet up with potential suitors at a popular London restaurant. In Episode 10 of Season 7, viewers are introduced to a whole new set of daters as they attempt to find the one.

The episode kicks off with 28-year-old personal trainer, Michael, who is nervous about his date with a woman named Maria. Michael admits that he has never had a lasting relationship before and is hoping that he can make a connection with Maria. When Maria arrives, the two hit it off right away and they enjoy a candid conversation about their respective careers and hobbies. However, as the night goes on, Michael begins to feel like he may not be able to take the relationship to the next level. Will his insecurities get the best of him and ruin his chances with Maria?

Next up, we meet 25-year-old Megan who is hoping to find someone who values family, honesty, and a good sense of humor. She is paired with 27-year-old Aaron, who is quick to impress her with his witty banter and friendly personality. The two bond over their mutual love of sports and their shared desire to settle down. However, when Aaron reveals a surprising secret about his past, Megan must decide if she is willing to overlook it in order to pursue a relationship with him.

Meanwhile, 33-year-old Matthew is looking for his soulmate and believes that he may have found her in 28-year-old makeup artist, Jess. As they share a meal together, Matthew and Jess connect over their love of dogs and their desire to travel. Clueless about Jess's signals, Matthew is unable to initiate a physical or romantic connection. Will Jess's lack of interest, and their differences, send him off to another date?

In another part of the restaurant, 25-year-old dancer Danielle joins 27-year-old Roxanne on a date. Danielle confesses that she is attracted to women but has never been in a serious relationship with one before. Roxanne reveals that she is openly bisexual and is attracted to both men and women. The two hit it off and discuss their experiences with coming out and the importance of being true to yourself. As the night comes to a close, they exchange numbers and plan a second date.

Also on the show is 46-year-old father of two, Neil, who is on the hunt for a mature woman who shares his love of travel and adventure. Neil is set up with 44-year-old Sarah, who is a successful businesswoman. The two hit it off and share stories about their travels. However, Sarah has her own secrets that she is keeping from Neil. Will she be able to come clean to him before the night's end?

Finally, viewers are introduced to 23-year-old bartender, Chaz, who is hoping to find someone that shares his passion for music and literature. He is paired with 25-year-old student, Sophie, who is interested in pursuing a career in law. As the night progresses, Chaz and Sophie find that they have little in common and struggle to connect. Will they be able to find some common ground before the night is over?

Throughout the episode, viewers will be privy to the awkward moments, heartfelt confessions, and sometimes painful truths that come with dating. With the help of the restaurant's staff and their own intuition, each single will have to decide if they've found someone worth pursuing or if they should cut their losses and move on to the next date. In the end, who will find love and who will have to keep searching? Fans of the show will just have to tune in to find out.
