The Real Housewives Of Atlanta: Kandi's Wedding
- 1 Season
The Real Housewives of Atlanta is a popular Bravo network television show. The network is well known for creating mini spin-off series dedicated completely to the weddings of the recently engaged stars of the show. This year, the wedding of Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker received the spotlight for the mini Real Housewives wedding series. In the Real Housewives of Atlanta wedding spin-off, Kandi goes through the stress of quickly planning her wedding, an altercation with her fiance about their rushed prenuptial agreement, and her strongly opinionated mother, Mama Joyce. Although Kandi and Todd were engaged months before the wedding, the planning began much after she said yes. Kandi only gave herself one month to put the wedding together. The official decision to have a wedding only happened after Kandi decided to ignore her mother’s inaccurately negative opinion of her husband Todd. Mama Joyce is not vague about her opinion that Todd is an opportunist and only wants her daughter’s money. She refuses to attend many of her daughter's wedding events and causes a scene at the events that she does attend. This drama triangle between Kandi, her fiancé Todd, and her mother Mama Joyce, always add up to more stress and tension. But this creates a wonderful recipe for great reality TV in Real Housewives style.
