The man who carved the initials UD into Mamiya's shoulder was Yuda, the traitorous bearer of the Star of Enchantment and one of the 108 styles of the South Star Sacred Fist. Yuda had killed Mamiya's parents on her twentieth birthday, and taken her as his woman.
