Ep 3. Hope in Solidarity

Soma and the other rebels set off to the now-closed-down Shino's Tokyo restaurant in search of a recipe left behind by the late Shino Okuda, a former member of the Elite Ten. Meanwhile, the Elite Ten, who have been tasked with taking down the rebels, begin to question the ethics of their actions. In particular, Isshiki Satoshi, the 7th Seat, begins to feel guilty about his role in the conflict. In order to help Soma and the others, Isshiki decides to use his knowledge of Shino's style of cooking to create a recipe that will help the rebels win the upcoming Shokugeki. As the rebels work to perfect Shino's recipe, they are forced to confront their own weaknesses and fears, and learn the true meaning of solidarity in the face of adversity. With the Elite Ten closing in, and time running out, Soma and the others must work together with all their might to ensure that their hope for survival and success remains unbroken.
